I bought a Balenciaga bag only a year ago. When the strap broke, the shop shamelessly tried to charge me for the repair, claiming it was "normal wear and tear" – for a premium luxury item that is only 12 months old! This is unacceptable for a brand of this stature. After I insisted on my warranty rights, they took the bag in mid-February. It is now April, and they STILL have no idea when they will return my item. Every legal deadline (§ 323 BGB) has been missed. They are holding both my money and my property hostage. They refuse to issue a refund despite my formal contract withdrawal. I have now escalated this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and initiated a chargeback through my bank. Extremely disappointing experience with Mytheresa in Munich, Germany. The first time I placed an order, they cancelled it and refunded me without any explanation and without even contacting me properly. I received no clear information about what actually happened. The second time – the same situation. They claimed that the courier “came to my address” and “could not find me,” which is absolutely not true. I received no phone call, no delivery attempt, no proper notification. The package was simply returned without any real effort to contact me. Now, for the third time – complete chaos. They do not know where my T-shirt is, they refuse to refund me, and they offer no solution, no compensation, and take zero responsibility. Customer service is unhelpful, uninterested, and completely unprofessional. I feel ignored and mistreated as a customer. For a company that presents itself as a luxury retailer, this level of service is unacceptable. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I will never order from them again and I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

Luxury store with poor customer service!! I bought a pair of sneakers and after just one cleaning with a specially dedicated product, the textile part got stained with ink from canvas part. Customer service said they won’t refund, so bear in mind that once you buy here you won’t be able to clean your products!!
