I’m disappointed. I was hoping for a relaxing experience, but several things spoiled it. The whirlpool wouldn’t stop running water, so the noise was constant. All the controls were over the network, so turning the light over the massage bed took several trials, and there was some glitch and I couldn’t turn it off. The room got too warm and no way to regulate the temperature. And one of the best features, the rain shower, would run for 30sec, always burning hot in the first few seconds, and you can’t regulate the temperature. You can only regulate the temperature of the little shower head. So, overall, a disappointing experience.

My partner and I had a great time! I gifted this to him as a christmas present and it was definitely a hit. We spent three hours in the exclusive wellness zone. We started off putting our stuff into a locker and then we got to choose the infusion for the sauna. Overall it was very nice and we felt extremely relaxed afterwards. We loved the massage bed and the shower was really spacious. It was super clean and the ambiance nice. There are some minor things that could have been better though, one of them being that the bathrobe and towels have to be purchased once you’re inside if you didn’t bring that yourself and 10€ for two towels and a bathrobe is quite hefty. I think especially in the exclusive spa stuff like this should be included. It was also a bit unfortunate that you can’t choose the language on the tablet in the spa, so my boyfriend who doesn’t speak german couldn’t properly operate it. Another minor thing i noticed is that they provide shower gel and body moisturizer, but no shampoo. I feel like it wouldn’t hurt them to provide at least shampoo alongside shower gel, but again, you can purchase shampoo for like 5€. Lastly, the rosé wine we got wasn’t that that high quali

We had a relaxing time for 2 hours in a private room. Everything was super clean, that’s 10/10. We could change the light settings, play our own music, order food/drinks without someone distracting us. You have to bring own towels, if it’s not included on your booking. Shampoo and body lotion is there. Starting and finishing time is strict so make sure to be there 15min in advance and also check the remaining time during spa. I gave 4 stars because the hair dryer was so annoying. It stopped after 30 seconds and I had to wait awhile to use another 30 seconds. So I gave up later and went home without drying my hair fully. Shower was the same. I pressed the button and it always ran for 30 seconds and I couldn’t even stop it to change to another one. Other than this everything was perfect.
