So, I wanted to avoid writing this review publicly, but there is no way to contact the salon via a website or an email address. A few days ago, I went to the salon and I specifically asked for two things: a haircut to be at the length of my chin, and a side fringe. I had pictures and I was very clear that I wanted this length and style. The hairdresser was very friendly and nice, and offered me coffee, and I enjoyed working with her. However, after I went home and washed my hair, I was shocked. Shocked to say the least. First of all, the fringe is clearly not a side one, it's quite short and does not go behind my ear as I specifically requested it to be. Second of all, and much more problematically, my hair is HALF the length I asked for. It barely reaches the length of my ears. So, what am I supposed to do now? Wait for months for these few cm(s) to grow back? Accept that I look quite uncomfortable with this horrid haircut? I do not recommend getting a haircut at this place. Period.

I’m not recommend this salon! They will destroyed your hair and take from this big money!!! Hi Make hair in this salon was big mistake! First of all when that take out my old extension,- they cut my own hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They gotta have hands from the wrong place Second - very cheap keratin !!!!!!!!like gum ! Shame of you And last one - size of capsule !???? Size unreal big !!!it’s not micro capsule !!! I don’t understand why I pay 1000 € In normal salon to take my old hair out they take 50 euro ! U take 200????200 to cut my hair !!!! Shame of you !!!I make hair extensions almost 5 year. And this most of the terrible salon ever!!!!If you want safe your money and hair - don’t go there

The best hairdresser in Berlin!! Everytime I go she does miracles with my hair. Amazing in everything extensions, colors, cut. And every time very friendly and polite!! I strongly recommend 🙂🙂
