My child was unfortunately a patient there. This is by far the worst medical practice I've ever experienced. Have an appointment? Wait two hours anyways. Have surgery? No follow-up care. Go *anywhere* but here.

This is the worst place you could go for medical assistance. The only thing they can do properly is run tests, but even for those, you have to wait two weeks because they don't just give you the results—you have to meet with a 'Hausarzt'. Everything else is at a very poor level. As someone who is just starting to learn German, it would be easier for me to explain in English, but all they do is give you the name of a doctor to contact. However, when you try to find this doctor, they simply don't exist. today I had an appointment at 10 a.m., but I ended up waiting until 11 a.m., feeling completely ignored. I didn’t even bother to follow up because I knew what to expect and decided to leave and find a better place. In summary, this is a terrible place to receive medical care, and if you don't speak German well enough, I strongly advise against going to this clinic. I hope this review helps someone."

I had a visit at 15:50 I’ve waited 2 HOURS in the line anyway, had to go out of work and hour earlier which caused me problems! Not gonna ever go back there!
