München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Great gym. The coach Raoul is helpful and very focused on technique. He also speaks fluent English which is helpful for people who don’t speak great German. Would highly recommend the gym. I will be returning on my next visit to Munich.

I would totally recommend Munich Combat Academy (MCA) to anyone who is starting out or wants to improve their Muay Thai, Kickboxing or MMA. Raoul, the coach, is extremely skilled and really pays attention to each student's needs. He’s creative, always studying new techniques, and always keeps himself updated with the newest trends and training methods. The atmosphere at the gym is friendly, supportive and welcoming to both beginners experienced fighters. If you’re looking for a high-quality coach and a positive training environment, this is definitely the place to be.

@munichcombatacademy is the best place to learn the art of fighting in its entirety, and how to piece each part of that giant puzzle into a comprehensive and systematic manner. I've been coaching for a while and it's very rare to see guys like Raoul that walked the walk before talking while being rigorous, humble and thorough in their approach, in a healthy environment that both values individual and group growth. His coaching is just as demanding as it is rewarding, give him your best and he will make you into the best version of yourself. if you're tired of being just an anonymous number in a big gym, get your membership here.
