Brought my suitcase in today and they fixed it on the spot — no waiting around. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the repair was done perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

This place was a lifesaver! My suitcase had tipped over on a train station escalator, and the telescoping handle got severely bent, causing it to no longer retract or extend - it was stuck in the middle. I had tried to find a repair shop to fix it before arriving in Munich, since it was very difficult to travel with the suitcase in its current state, but had had no luck. After arriving in Munich, however, I called this shop, and they said to bring the suitcase in and they'd take a look at it. I wasn't terribly optimistic about the prospects for success, since it wasn't a name-brand suitcase for which they would likely have the parts, and especially since we were only able to bring it in the day before we were leaving Munich. But we took it in, and within about five minutes, they'd gotten the handle working again! They explained to me that the telescoping tubes were cracked, so I would need to be careful when raising and lowering the handle, and they said not to attach anything to the handle, such as a carry-on. They didn't have the required parts to permanently repair the handle because the parts for my particular suitcase are only available in the U.S. (which I'd pretty muc

Wow! I have an older Tumi backpack and the zippers were breaking. They fixed it all in only 2 days and for a reasonable price. I wish they were in the states! What a hidden gem in this city.

Life saver! I had my bike bag cut in flight and had no hope that it could be fixed. They asked me to bring the bag and asked for 3 weeks. I said i need it earlier so they offered one week. I was surprised when i got the bag back, looks really good as if nothing happened
