Good place for cosmetics, but sometimes availability of certain products are inconsistent in aisles.

RUDE PEOPLE!!! I bought an Armani foundation after consulting with the beauty consultant at the store and realized the undertone was way too wrong for me after trying it once. I went there to see if i could get the correct color. There was a young lady and she said they could change it with the correct shade and led me to the check out. When i went there the lady at the check out called someone else to approve the change but that lady refused to change it with a rude/ bad language. I wanted to return it she ignored that too. Nürnberg Königstrasse Müller customer service sucks. Especially the lady with short straight black hair took her name tag off when talking to me so that i can’t see her name and make a complaint about her attitude and the language she used. She is brutally rude towards customers and her colleagues . The lady who gave me the foundation in the first place was nice and friendly tho. I hope Müller keeps such good ppl in the store instead of that rude lady.

Wow they have everything you might need in three well organized floors at reasonable price. You can easily get lost and spend hours looking around and shopping. It can be somewhat addictive. I wish we had these back in the States!
