While trying to use the Müller App in the store, the cashier tried several times to scan it but wasn't successful. The store manager came and accused me I wouldn't have the latest version (an unknown update from 24th Aug 2020). It was said I have to make sure it's working (it is, as I've used it in other stores without any issue) and they cannot do anything. Instead of trying to work things out, the store manager pointed with his finger towards me and was looking for someone to blame.

I am a regular customer in this branch, buying almost every day, but last two visits turned out to be very ugly. I wanted to find information about certain item and was ready to pay for it, but the Media department workers refused to answer my questions and listen to me and started arguing, later i wanted to cancel one ordered item (first and only time) and i was accused in being bad and problematic customer, which is an absolute nonsense and rather insulting. The worker lady was not satisfied and spoke with me very rude and offensive. Very bad.
