Hiring a tradesperson in Germany works best with a clear brief: describe the job, ask for a written Kostenvoranschlag, agree on timing and payment stages, and confirm who supplies the materials. Many firms visit before quoting and then send the estimate by e-mail or WhatsApp, which leaves you a record of what was agreed. Keep the Handwerkerrechnung: part of the labour cost is tax-deductible.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I have hired Bala and his team twice, and I always got great results. Everything from cleaning services, to pigeon net installation has been done with top notch care. This team is now my go to for any needs in cleaning and maintenance! They speak great English and work fast and on time. 100% recommended.

I booked a full professional move-out cleaning (Endreinigung). The result did not meet acceptable professional standards. Large areas were clearly not cleaned properly. Visible limescale remained in the bathroom (tiles, shower glass, floor). The toilet and surrounding areas were not properly cleaned. Kitchen drawers and appliances were left dirty. Dust was still present along baseboards and in corners. The overall condition after the service did not reflect what a reasonable person would expect from a professional end-of-tenancy cleaning. Only the windows were cleaned to a satisfactory standard. During the appointment, the cleaners reacted dismissively and at times aggressively when obvious deficiencies were pointed out. Certain areas were refused with the explanation that they “could not be cleaned,” even though the residue was clearly removable. The job was left in an unfinished state. Because the quality was insufficient and my apartment handover was imminent, I had to arrange and pay for additional cleaning myself on short notice to avoid potential issues with my landlord. The company later offered a follow-up cleaning, but this was proposed only one day before the schedul

Unprofessional cleaning. The cleaning more like a quick swab with a cloth then a professional cleaning. I had to show two times spots with stains so they could clean, the floor was still with traces of dust and they calculate the time when they redo the job. Really bad experience

First I thought ok good. But now after a careful check I recognised that many places are not clean. Obvious places…. I could have cleaned it that way myself. I purchased this service to have it absolutely perfect clean, which did not happen. I expect that also tiny spaces e.g. are cleaned. Windows have been cleaned good that’s why I give two stars.
