I ordered furniture since 10 November. The receipt stated about 2 week delivery time, but I have already waited for almost 4 weeks. The first scheduled delivery on December 1 between 9:00 to 12:00 was urgently cancelled. They called me at 11.58 am to cancel and postponed to December 4. ( actually they will deliver on December 8 but I complained a lot). They were really disrespectful for my time and the service was unprofessional and unreliable. I haven’t got any compensation yet.

You can buy tomatoes and onions for good price inside mömax, trust me. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.

Worst service I have ever seen (Mömax company in general). They sent a damaged wardrobe (huge holes) and they are not changing the part in your local Mömax but you need to contact a formular online. Don't expect an answer in less than 3 weeks and then you will start a shameful process where they say will take 3-4 weeks and at the end it takes 14 weeks!!!!!! Can you believe 14 weeks just to change one simple and standard part!!???? This is the first and last time I buy something in this store. Save your time and sanity and go to IKEA.

Delivery times on website are not real. Whatever you see in the order multiply by 5 to 10. I Ordered some chairs, according to the web to be Delivered in 2 weeks, actual expected Delivery time is 6 weeks but is not confirmed, will see. No discount for delays, no explanation whatsoever. I would never recommend it for ANYTHING Edit: I contacted BEFORE writing this, this is how I got the Information I wrote... 2 more weeks (supposed delivery time) and no news... Epic End. Send vía DHL, I stayed home for the delivery, Rings on the doorstep, I open from the first floor, guy is not coming.... I go to the postbox and.... card stating delivery was not possible. Definitely never again.
