Möbel Höffner Fürth-Nürnberg

We visited Höffner on Saturday, December 20, 2025, to buy a new sofa. The food was really tasty, and our three kids had a lot of fun in the kids area. The lovely lady named Nelly who works there happens to speak Turkish and took great care of the kids which was really important to us since we don’t speak much German. The furniture is spread over several floors and there’s a huge selection. Unfortunately, I still couldn’t decide on a sofa, but we’ll definitely come back for the kids area and the delicious food!

I loved visiting this beautiful place, especially the light center it is so awesome I could stay there all day.

Warning to buyers! Frustration and bad quality ! Höffner advertises itself as “quality “ company but the truth is very far away. Last week I received my closet after more than 12 weeks of waiting , and it arrived broken. After many email exchanges we have not received a new date for the new parts to be delivered or the closet to be assembled. In addition the people that brought the closet scratched the floor. There is no-one at any store that helps you or that cares to find a solution. You are on your own! Today, was the last drop when I received a lamp that i ordered also around 12 weeks ago and received it broken. We ordered at Höffner paying a premium expecting quality and received delayed, and broken products with no customer service or support whatsoever. Really, be careful. If someone would have told me months ago, it would have saved me a lot of money, frustration and anger/disappointment.

Extremely disappointed with the service. We booked kitchen in June 2021 for an installation in December 2021, the fixing team came in Dec and just put the basic storage cupboard s and left, so far only 60 percent work is done. Only until you sign the contract, we get respect and service after that we are none to them. We called customer service 100times to know the progress but no response at all. They came today Feb 16, again with all incorrect items, going back without fixing it. I really don’t know when my kitchen will be fixed. Paid 22000 euros for this useless work. I would have got much better service and products elsewhere. Please think and collect all the details before booking anything from Hoffner. Writing again on 6.04.2022, still the work is not completed. Even after writing the review 2 months ago.

I had to change my review the service team at hoffner was great had no problem with the sales team it was the customer service and delivery personal that made this one of the most horrible purchases. The delivery people didnt want to take my couch up to my apartment they said it was to much for them that they would only take half of the couch up and leave the bigger half down stairs for me to take up on my own I offered to help the guys but they still refused and said it was my problem and left I had to take my couch apart and carry it up in pieces where I discovered they cracked my arm rest on the right side I believe they broke it while delivering the couch and wanted me to think I broke it when I tried to move a 150kg couch on my own. I called customer service to file a complaint and get my couch fixed and all they said was there is nothing they can do about the couch and the people and that they were sorry it happened and hung up. Worst service I've ever experienced. I hope no one experiences this especially some one not capable of taking there couch up stairs on their own. (Deutsch) Ich musste meine bewertung ändern das service team bei hoffner war super kein problem mit dem
