I went to Saturn in hohe Str, Cologne looking for a Bluetooth speaker, after looking at some non name brands I went over to the Bose area, I got to talk to Sasha who gave me a very informative and useful demo about the sound flex 2 speaker, he totally knew what he was talking about, sound engineering wise, after a great demo about the product and the ability to use 2 same items to use the double pairing feature to create true stereo speakers I was convinced his advice and help allowed me to make a great choice on purchasing the Bose Soundlink Flex 2, thanks a lot Sacha, i wish more people in tech shops were as well informed about their products as Sasha, will return 👍

Don't order refurbished phones online. I'm in Germany, phone arrived from Estonia. Wrong colour. It was impossible to select wireless network upon set up and recovery mode wasn't available. It's bullshit. Upon asking for a refund I was asked to speak with Estonian company.

I got my Google phone screen here. It took seven weeks after being told it would be done in 3-7 days. Every time I wanted an update I had to go into the store as the call centre would just say the store will call you back and they never did. When I finally did get it back the fingerprint sensor didn't work. Their only solution was to send it back to the workshop and hope it would be quicker this time. No apology, no compensation. I ended up taking it somewhere else and paying for them to finish the job. It was good value though, and perhaps if they can repair your phone in store it's worth it. Also one store employee was very helpful. I wouldn't let them send stuff away though.

Very bad service from personell. I was walking around watching maschines for 45 minutes waiting for some help. Several workers pass or talk to each other but nobody offer me help. I really needed some advice for choosing wasching maschine and dryer and they just let me go even when there were no other customers around. Update 8.1.2025 same issue with Fridges. I spent long time there selecting right fridge checking everything doing pictures and videos and nobody come to me asking to help me :( Customer help is really missing here

What is there to say about an electronic store. It was opened in 2018. Very modern, bright looking store. You will find almost everything you are looking for when it comes to electronics. There is also a Nescafé coffee bar where you can get all sorts of coffee. Some are for free to try if you buy them later. Probably the best place in cologne to find whatever you are looking for within this section of electronics...
