Very bed service. I buy new wash dry and they delivery was 2 weeks late. Same delivery day machine was brock .I was go back to mediamark alx the service person. Told me in 2 days we pick brocken machine and in a week you got new machine. 27/4 this happened. Today they came and puck brocken machine. 19 /5 today I was again they to ask what happened. How they handle with me .I will not come back buy again anything. From mediamark.

He was extremely kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to carefully explain everything, helped troubleshoot my issue, and made sure I fully understood the options available. DO NOT BUY On February 21, 2026, I purchased a refrigerator and a washing machine, both from the @Samsung brand, at the store. On February 25, 2026, the appliances were delivered. Apparently, there were no problems with the appliances. The next day, while preparing the refrigerator to be plugged in, I noticed that it was internally damaged. I contacted the store to request an exchange of the refrigerator, sending the order information and photos of the damaged refrigerator. Ms. Sabine Holzmann replied to me via email at [email protected] on February 26, 2026, saying that they were analyzing my situation. Then, Ms. Magdalena Magdziak sent me another email requesting that I return to the store and bring the purchase invoice.
