Has been here twice. Both times some random people were accepted into a room without queueing and they hadn't talked to a receptionist prior to that. Both times needed to wait for these people, even though I had a Termin. The place seems corrupted

I just want to do a general blood exam, so i get there and ask for it and they say i can do it but i must wait for the doctor’s approval…fine i wait one hour and then i start talking to a doctor whom i must convince in order to take the blood examn…after 10 minutes of HAVING to explain why i want a blood examn then i go pay at the counter, and there at the counter they tell me that i can’t do the blood test there, but i need to go 40 minutes away in car to a different lab in order to get the blood exam…. the end result: i basically waited almost 2 hours just to see a doctor for less than 10 minutes which couldn’t say anything beyond offering me headache pills, no blood exam all for 40€….unbelievable…

Very kind and professional secretaries, reacting fast and on point also to emails. Competent, human and overall really great doctors

I went to this Praxis for an emergency this week. The doctor was very kind and helpful. She listened to me (yes she. I dont remember her name) and answered my questions in detail. I feel much better now. The waiting time was too long. I waited for 90 minutes. I would appreciate it very much if the lady at the reception had informed me about this. I would have come back later rather than sitting for 90 minutes in a waiting room. Either make sure you have a Termin or ask the staff about waiting time. The doctor spent at least 15 minutes with each patient. So if there are people before you, you can calculate. Despite the waiting time I am satisfied with the praxis, hence 5 stars.

Waiting 2 hours to get examined, and the only thing Frau Doktor did is just briefly looking into my throat without a torch and say there's no infection (I'm pretty sure I got tonsillitis recurrence). I told her I also have a fever, she then asked the assistance to use an old-fashioned thermometer to measure it at my armpit, about a minute, they say it's 37.1, no fever ! Despite I felt very warm from fever... pff .. they should get a new thermometer ! She didn't give me antibiotics, just bon bon and Aluminium Chloride Solution to gargle and asked me to come back if I don't get better in couple days which I didn't really get better. I returned on Thursday morning and without any information, it's reserved for patients with appointment only! Meaning I have to come back at 3 pm waiting another two hours ? I decided to go to Charité instead. Never come back here again. Staffs are also arrogant (to me, as an Asian, I can feel that).
