Ich habe während meiner Schwangerschaft drei Kurse bei Nicole besucht und bin bis heute zutiefst dankbar für diese Erfahrung. Mit ihrer wärmenden, offenen und unglaublich herzlichen Art hat sie mich durch eine ganz besondere Zeit begleitet. Jede Stunde war eine wundervolle Mischung aus achtsam zusammengestellten Yogaübungen, wohltuender Ruhe und echter Aufmerksamkeit für unsere individuellen Bedürfnisse. Nicole hat sich immer flexibel auf uns eingestellt und uns weit über die eigentliche Yogapraxis hinaus mit wertvollen Impulsen und einfühlsamen Ratschlägen unterstützt. Der krönende Abschluss jeder Stunde war die Meditation – für mich eines der schönsten und berührendsten Erlebnisse während meiner Schwangerschaft. Ich habe mich jederzeit getragen, gestärkt und rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Von Herzen empfehle ich Nicole allen werdenden Müttern weiter, die sich in dieser besonderen Phase liebevoll begleiten lassen möchten. 💛

Ich gehe seit über fünf Jahren jeden Montag zu Nicole ins Studio – und es ist für mich nicht mehr wegzudenken. Die Kurse sind anspruchsvoll und gleichzeitig total entspannend. Nicole unterstützt einen super in den Stellungen und schafft eine richtig angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Studio ist wunderschön und für mich ein absoluter Safe Space. Besonders schön finde ich auch den Frauenkurs und die tolle Gruppe. Sogar im Urlaub nehme ich manchmal online teil, weil es mir sonst zu sehr fehlt. Absolute Empfehlung! 💛

Best yoga studio in Berlin. Nicole‘s classes are perfect for beginners but also experienced. Each session has demanding bits but also very relaxing and meditative parts. Couldn’t wish for a better teacher…

The classes with Nicole were excellent! I was an untalented beginner, but her patience and experience taught me a lot about the technique, timing and breathing! I highly recommend her studio !!!
