Very disappointing experience with FIT STAR Erlangen City Center. I cancelled my trial membership within the cancellation period, but money was still debited from my account. I already raised 4 complaints and still received no proper response from customer support. I also visited the studio personally, but the staff only kept saying “you have to wait” without giving any clear solution or update. Very poor customer service and communication. This issue should have been resolved much faster.

Worst gym I've ever been to. Hygiene is 0. They are not pleasant when I entered the gym, they didn't let me go to the toilet, if you can, don't go to this gym.

The gym is super crowded especially after office hours. They don't have capacity and sufficient machines to cater members in rush hours. The drawers in changing room are broken in erlangen branch. I have been to other mcfit gyms but I have not been as disappointed. The good thing about this gym I noticed is they keep the changing room clean. Much appreciated

It’s cheap for a reason. There are too less machines, many key pieces of equipment, there’s only one of each. And machines are lack of cleaning, the handles are all oil. Some area is under maintenance for months when the gym is already so small. I only go there in the morning because it’s so crowded like club since afternoon. Once I went at 2pm and I left immediately. The worst part is that the gym has smelled really bad lately. I have to leave with only 4 exercises done today because of the smell. Prices fluctuate greatly, they always say that’s already the lowest price but you can always get lower prices later. The only 2 stars are for the staff, the guy at the front desk is friendly and cool

Good Gym, has everything you need to get a good workout in. I am here for 2 years already! One nice addition I've seen in other gyms would be two or three little stack pins in the handle boxes. One that has an extension on the other side to add plates. Because some stacks only increase in 5kg steps, that way, one can add a 2.5kg plate and have smaller increments which is for nice some calbeexercises. :)
