I’ve been a Mc fit client for some time and I can say this one is one of the worst. Machines are outdated and most of them don’t work and are out of service. Compared with other studios this one is a shame and made want to cancel my membership🙃. Sadly the studios in München are a lot better.

Responsive staff who always try to resolve my issues quickly. However, there are clients who don’t know how to behave in a fitness studio or simply don’t want to: they don’t unload barbells after themselves, place dumbbells on the rack without regard to weight order, or don’t return them to the rack at all. Some of the yoga mats need to be replaced, as they have dried out from age and are torn. Many clients work out in the same shoes they came in with (sometimes with dirt stuck to the soles)!!! I suggest that management consider introducing a policy for such clients, for example reducing the membership duration for training without proper indoor shoes, and that the studio staff monitor this. I once saw Anzor scolding and trying to remove a client with dirty shoes from the studio (thanks to him for that). The studio’s advantage is an affordable membership.

absolutely phenomenal gym i have worked out in ever since coming to Deutschland. the diversity and politeness amongst the members are incredible. Staff members are helpful and accommodating in all situations. The equipments are maintained perfectly and any damage is promptly dealt with. i am a Flex subscriber, and I have the luxury to cancel anytime, yet I won’t do so because so far my needs have all been scrupulously met

Many have complained about the machines being old. I think they get the job done. For the longest time there was only one leg extension machine but a few months ago they finally brought a second one. That was one of my long gripes. There is no problem with the gym being full in the early mornings when I attend. Probably later when the sun comes up in summer, the gym is warm due to being so close to the top of the building. The cleaning staff is nice, although the weekend staff doesn't really clean as pedantically as the weekday one. The building itself is empty other than the gym, it feels a bit creepy, especially the staircase, but I guess the gym can't do too much about that. I don't meet the staff that often but when I do, I have mixed feelings based on who is attending the desk. Sometimes they are really nice and customer focused, other times I got offended looks and behavior when I changed from the McFit membership to AldiSport. If you don't like it, don't advertise it. Good relationship with the others in the gym, we formed a good group of friends with the other guests.
