Kirchheim is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The new rule obliging the accompanying person to pay the normal fee is absolutely outrageous. For the safety of my kids I want to be inside the activity area but paying 24€ extra for just that is too much. Please make a special ticket for adults for this purpose, which will cost 5€, for example.

Not a satisfying experience for me or my kids. The pricing policy is outrageous. For my children to access all the activities, the minimum session available was 120 minutes. My 5-year-old needed supervision, but instead of allowing his 12-year-old sister to accompany him or letting me supervise from outside the play area, I was forced to buy a full-price adult ticket plus special socks. In the end, I paid €95.97 for two children and one supervising adult, including socks for all three of us. That is simply excessive for what you get. To make matters worse, my kids wanted to try the laser maze, but although there was a sign outside saying it was on a "short break," the attraction remained closed. Same with the climbing area. From what I observed, the staff simply didn't seem interested in reopening it. While a few employees were friendly and professional, that wasn't enough to make up for the poor overall experience. Between the unreasonable prices, inflexible rules, and unavailable attractions, this was a huge disappointment. We will never return, and I certainly cannot recommend this place to anyone.

We went to toddler town and the jump arena and my two year old enjoyed it well! Especially recommend for rainy days. Lots of fun areas for adults too:

I was there for the first time with my friend, we paid 76€ for 2:30 hours including 2 pairs of socks and 3 places of the Arena. The prices are so high that is a joke after realising for what you paid for. I felt very disappointed when I saw people entering those places without being checked if they have the right tickets, there is no control anywhere so I could buy just a normal ticket. Locker room is a mess. Food and drinks also expensive. And more important no one cares about the rules of safety when is sooo crowded. So people be careful.

Fantastic place. Very big lots of love. The manager was particularly helpful and helped get what we needed. Even checked in with me before we went home to make sure we had a good time.
