München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

We came to Marion with our almost 5-year-old dog Lilo, who had quite a few challenges: reactive to loud noises and sudden movements, obsessed with sniffing out (and eating!) everything on walks, and pretty aggressive toward other female dogs. On top of that, we hadn't set enough boundaries between us, so walks were stressful and having people over wasn't easy either. Marion helped us turn all of that around, step by step, at a pace that felt comfortable for everyone. She gave us advice on everything from gear to food, but never in a pushy way. Now our daily life feels so much more relaxed, and we're still training with Marion, enjoying our personal sessions and group walks. One thing I'm especially grateful for: Lilo got to stay at Marion's place for a whole week while I was on vacation. A year ago that would have felt completely out of reach. I just didn't trust that Lilo could be around other dogs safely. Thanks to Marion, it not only became possible, it went great! What also really stands out is how organized and thorough Marion is. After every session she puts together a detailed summary of where we are, what to work on, and how we're progressing month by month. It makes suc
