M&D Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG

Located at Theatergassen 4, 96047 Bamberg, M&D Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG operates as an immobilienmakler serving Bamberg in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as bauprojektentwickler, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Property decisions carry more risk than most purchases, so read the contract carefully; for a purchase the notary (Notar) certifies it. German rental listings quote Kaltmiete (rent without utilities) and Warmmiete (rent plus Nebenkosten such as heating and water); the deposit (Kaution) is capped at three months' cold rent, and for rentals the landlord pays the agent under the Bestellerprinzip. Visit at different times of day to judge noise and light, and register your new address at the Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) after moving in.

The business lists hours on 1 day of the week. Typical hours are 09:00–16:00. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 0951 18306279. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is immobilien-dorn.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 27 reviews, which is a strong result for an immobilienmakler in Bamberg and suggests consistent service.

Bamberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Bamberg is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
