The younger male nail tech overly used the electric file to remove gel on my natural nails. Now my nails are extremely thin and the layers of my nail are separating on the tips. I hope in the future they use more acetone to remove gel than the electric file.

The shellac started to crack and peel off after 4 days. Also not a fan of the electronic tool to remove shellac/polish, it feels harsh and hot on the nails.
