We were served by a waitress named Eva, very kind and friendly and always asked if she’s allowed to take our plates. The atmosphere is very comfy in the city center of Fürth which offers outside seating and plenty of space.

We were 3 Persons, got one pizza instead of 2 and we waited one hour to get the second one and the cola in a glass without gas so we decided to pay and leave, then the waiter came angry and was disrespectful.... The place is well designed and normally the food is good, i don't recommend to experience like this situation, especially when you have the right. Extremely bad service!!!

Fantastic Pizzaria! I had the tomato soup for starter, and then perhaps the biggest pizza I’ve ever tried…. And that’s the normal size. Good pizza, nice and friendly service. Try it!

We recently decided to try the newly opened L'Osteria in Thon, Nuremberg, located just across from our building, in an effort to support local businesses. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of disappointing. To begin with, we waited almost an hour for our food. During this time, the server (lady who is very snob) assigned to our area appeared to be ignoring us, despite our repeated attempts to get her attention. When the food finally arrived, it was a disaster. The pizza had an overly burnt crust and was excessively salty, rendering it almost inedible. The lasagna was even worse—it was completely burnt from top to bottom. The top layer had hardened to the point where it felt like biting into a stone. We tried calling for the server again to address these issues, but she continued to ignore us, seemingly deliberately. When it came time to settle the bill, she finally approached us, but instead of apologizing for the situation, she blamed us for not calling her sooner. This attitude was appalling and far from the basic customer service one would expect. To make matters worse, she charged the full amount without offering any kind of discount or even a simple apology. Sh
