Best for clothes in Munich. 5 floors, own brand for traditional Bavarian/Austrian clothes (Trachten) and large selection. Good selection of brands such as Stone Island, CP Company, Etro, Ralph Lauren, OFF & CO but also 200s of smaller designs etc. mega friendly advice. You can buy click &collect which works like a breeze. The wrapping for presents is next level - best in Munich. Dont buy online (except for click and collect) come here.

Online store is a mess. First, half of the results for many searches are sold out, and there is no way to not have those results displayed. Second, like in some other customer's experience, I ordered something that was not sold out only to have the customer service email me two days later that they could not find the product so they must cancel the order.

Lodenfrey is a superb store. While technically a department store (4 stories), it’s more intimate and upscale than most others. Harrods feels like a tourist trap in comparison, and Neiman Marcus (anywhere in the US) feels more like a Bloomingdale’s in comparison. The store is exceedingly well decorated, clothes nicely displayed and its never overcrowded with garments. And the staff - from sales assistants, to the cafe/bar to the cashiers downstairs are all extremely polite, helpful and elegant. It’s exactly what luxury shopping should be. Have yet to experience anything quite like it, be it in New York, London or Paris. PS. Please “export” Lodenfrey (the entire experience) to the US!

Their online store is extremely unprofessional. I placed an order, PAID for shipping, and they took over a week to send my item. They then emailed me to say they accidentally mailed me another customer’s order and they wished to arrange a collection of the item I shouldn’t have been sent. I am now stuck with the item waiting for them to return my email! I promptly told them to collect it and also offered to mail it, and am just being ghosted / ignored on how to return the expensive item I was sent by mistake. I will never shop through this ridiculous store again!

This is one of the luxurious and high-quality boutique that you can find many good brands inside in the Munich, they have some have all the brands and you can find a good price inside the Baltimore boot and there was a older model of Moon boots with the same price as a website thank you for the old groups that work there it was really good experience and 100% recommend recommended
