Pretty horrible, really disappointed. First time I didn't eat what I ordered from a restaurant; at least the frozen potatoes tasted good... The pasta my wife ordered wasn't good at all either; it tasted like an instant sauce you buy from the supermarket, and by the way, the butter over the meat shouldn't be frozen; it should melt nicely over the meat, the meat got cold, and the butter was still frozen. Overpriced is an understatement for the food here. I couldn't even understand the waiter. Overall, a really bad experience, I can't recommend. After seeing the high Google rating, I had fairly high expectations, but my experience was just average. I ordered the risotto and a salad. The risotto was decent, but I’ve had much better elsewhere. It wasn’t bad, just not particularly memorable. The bigger disappointment was the salad. The vegetables didn’t taste as fresh as I expected, which was surprising for an Italian restaurant. The service was fine, and the location is convenient for visitors exploring Wurzburg. The restaurant itself has a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it wasn’t a bad meal, but it didn’t live up to the excellent online reviews. There are many dining options in Wurzburg, so I’m not sure I would choose to return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Perfection in Würzburg! What an incredible dining experience! Le Candele completely blew us away. The food is top-quality and incredibly versatile. Whether you want to keep it simple with an amazing, authentic Italian pizza or go a little wilder like we did, you will not be disappointed. We ordered a huge plate of the mixed shrimp, pizza, pasta, and fresh salad, wine and drinks, andeverything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and super fine! Beyond the phenomenal food, the service was amazing. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. It is worth every single cent. If you are in Würzburg and craving phenomenal Italian food with top-notch service, do yourself a favor and visit Le Candele. We will definitely be back!

It was our first time trying pizza. The place is incredibly popular, and the tables were always full. My husband is gluten-intolerant, so the waiters double-checked which pizza was right for him to avoid making a mistake. Each pizza we ordered was delicious, and we also received olive oils that were very aromatic. A lovely atmosphere and good drinks. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

All the dishes are fantastic! Loved the arrabiata rigatoni - well cooked and mouth-watering sauce! Seafood Pizza is yummy and vege serve as hot dishes just match the appetite of Hong Konger! Service is the best I ever experienced in Germany so far. All the staff are friendly and warm, very patient introduce the menu and offer right recommendations! Definitely will come again and refer to my friends!
