Ich muss leider ein sehr negatives Erlebnis in diesem Salon teilen. Normalerweise werde ich von Kathrin betreut und bin seit Jahren sehr zufrieden – sie berät mich hervorragend und hilft mir dabei, meine sehr feinen Haare wieder länger wachsen zu lassen. Da sie diesmal nicht verfügbar war, hatte ich einen Termin bei Kasia. Rückblickend war das ein großer Fehler. Schon die Begrüßung war unsensibel: Noch bevor ich richtig saß, wurde ich gefragt, ob ich Haarausfall hätte und meine Haare „alle abgebrochen“ seien. Das hat mich sehr überrumpelt. Während des Haarewaschens wurde ich mit eingeschäumtem Kopf sitzen gelassen, weil eine andere Kundin zur Beratung hereinkam. Es wäre problemlos möglich gewesen, meinen Kopf noch eine Minute fertig zu waschen und sich danach der Kundin zu widmen. Zusätzlich telefonierte die Mitarbeiterin während meines kompletten Termins durchgehend parallel über ihr Headset. Am schlimmsten ist jedoch das Ergebnis: Ich hatte ausdrücklich darum gebeten, maximal 1–1,5 cm zu schneiden. Stattdessen wurden etwa 4–5 cm entfernt. Meine zuvor bis unter die Schulterblätter reichenden Haare sind jetzt nur noch etwas länger als schulterlang – und zudem schief! Die recht

Ich war bei der lieben Marion. Ich konnte bei Treatwell ihr einen kurzen Text schreiben, was ich mir ungefähr vorstellen kann und sie hat sofort verstanden was ich wollte. Bin so Glücklich mit dem Ergebnis, da ein kompletter Grundschnitt von ihr erstmal geschnitten werden musste, hatte die liebe Marion natürlich viel Arbeit. Das Ergebnis lässt sich wirklich sehen. Von super lang, umstruktiert und ausgehangen Naturlocken, zu super Naturlocken, einem schönen Pony und einfach eine Hammer schöne Struktur im Haar ! Danke danke danke ICH KOMME WIEDER 😍

Katrin is a very friendly person with the warmest smile. My son felt in good hands with her. We started slow and wanted to see how my son will react. So far he accepted just the scissors for the hair cutting. It takes longer than with normal clippers but Katrin is very patient and just for that she deserves a medal! Will definitely come back!
