Ich war schon mehrere Male zum TÜV mit meinen Fahrzeugen vor Ort. U.a. auch einmal zu einer Eintragung von Felgen. Auch zu dem ein oder anderen Schadensgutachten war ich schon dort. Sehr empfehlen kann ich Herrn Michael Rumpel (Prüfer). Er macht seine Arbeit ruhig und vorschriftsmäßig, mit gutem Gespür für den Kunden. Bei Fragen bekommt man eine fachlich fundierte Antwort und auch Sachen am Wagen bekommt man gezeigt. Für mich als Kunde, der seine Autos "liebt", macht er einen sympathischen und respektvollen Eindruck. In Zukunft werde ich telefonische Rücksprache halten ob Herr Rumpel an diesem Tag arbeitet und dann bei ihm TÜV machen. Der TÜV-Prüfer von heute und ich waren sich nicht sympathisch. Sätze wie, „das muss ein Auto aushalten können“, finde ich dem Kunden gegenüber deplatziert. Gerade bei Kunden für die ein Auto mehr ist, als nur ein Fortbewegungsmittel. Der Kunde weiß schon warum er gewisse Themen, die ihm wichtig am Wagen sind, anspricht. Die Arbeit war dennoch ok und zügig. Da ich ansonsten immer zufrieden war und diese schlechte Erfahrung nicht bewerten will, gebe ich 5 Sterne. Nette Grüße auch an den Gutachter mit dem ich kurz auf dem Hof im Vorbeigehen gesproch
