Absolutely terrible experience. The waiter was rude from the moment we arrived, and when we politely raised the issue with the owner, things only got worse. Instead of addressing the staff’s behavior, the owner immediately blamed us as customers and treated us with complete disrespect. What disturbed me most was the atmosphere and the way certain guests appeared to be treated. I personally heard staff members talking about customers in their own language, and when I confronted them about it, the owner became defensive and dismissive rather than professional. The entire interaction left me feeling unwelcome and discriminated against. The restaurant markets itself as Italian, yet in my opinion neither the food nor the overall experience reflected that. It felt more like a business hiding behind an Italian name than an authentic Italian restaurant. The owner’s attitude was arrogant, confrontational, and completely lacking in customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, he chose to insult and blame paying guests. No customer should be treated this way. If you are from the Jewish, African, Indian, or any minority community, I would be cautious and judge the place for yoursel

We just went to La Fortuna for lunch and had 2 fantastic pizzas and a great salad, while sitting in the sun. The service was very friendly and i would definitely go there again, especially for their pizzas. Great place!

Great Pinsa with fresh ingredients. You can find something good to eat any time of day: Coffee, Croissant, Paninis to go, Cake, Pizza, Pinsa... The place is nice and cozy, with a calm, feel-at-home atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our favorite so far is the Pinsa. The ingedients are freshly cut. Delicious!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Finally, Freischützstraße has a restaurant worthy of a review! The owner has done a wonderful job creating a cozy spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pizza, pinsa, cake, and coffee were all very good. The owner himself is extremely friendly and welcoming, which adds a lot to the atmosphere. The ice cream and the service team still leave some room for improvement, but with time I’m confident both will get better. We wish the owner buona Fortuna!
