About La Calabrisella
Pizzeria
La Calabrisella is an italienisch in München, Bayern. It is listed at Oefelestraße 2, 81543 München-Au-Haidhausen, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as italienisches restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 am–2 pm. It is closed on Thursday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 0172 4104250. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 456 reviews, which is a strong result for an italienisch in München and suggests consistent service.
München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I cannot recommend this place enough, it is a small “hole in the wall” authentic Italian pizza place, where you order your favourite, take it away and ideally sit and enjoy it by the river which is just a few mins walk from there. The couple owning this place is Italian, they are very kind and seemingly do what they love - pizza made with love and passion. It’s reasonably priced and VERY delicious 💜🍕

Loved this place! Small takeaway with a few bar stools but feels very homely, we literally watched the owner make our pizzas and they were delicious. Would definitely come back.

The best “hole-in-a-wall” pizza place that Munich has to offer. My boyfriend and I ordered the “Salame & Pepperoni” pizza and it was delicious. Luigi the owner and cook makes you fee welcome and adds to the authentic feel of the restaurant. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
