Getting around Regensburg is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Here is a direct and honest review: 1. Food quality is bad. Most sushi pieces have cucumber in them including fish sushi. It's clear the restaurant cares about profit way more than quality 2. Waitress was so rude. She even asked me several times if I finished or not although I've been there for just 20 minutes, also she told me to not check my messages and eat cause there are customers waiting! This is so rude and I will never be back. 3. Atmosphere was a bit loud, kids crying, but this is not something the restaurant can control and may not be taken as a standard act 4. There isn't enough variety in food. I couldn't see ama ebi, anything with caviar, California rolls, actual red tuna, etc.. 5. Dessert is acceptable in taste but done wrong. Castella is not supposed to be made this way at all, and there isn't any actual Japanese dessert such as dango for example. It was total disappointment 6. Price was descent. 17.5€ in my case but still i would prefer asian open buffet restaurants over this experience. In short: if you are looking for Japanese experience, this is not the place for it. I do not recommend this.

Kyoto Running Sushi in Regensburg provided a fantastic dining experience. The conveyors were brimming with a diverse and delicious sushi collection, offering a delightful mix of traditional and creative rolls. What stood out was the quality of both warm and cold dishes; they were equally fresh and flavorful. The manager exemplified exceptional hospitality, welcoming us warmly and offering helpful recommendations throughout the meal. One of the best parts was the affordability. For just €14 per person, you get to enjoy unlimited sushi for an entire hour—a fantastic deal considering the quality and variety offered. The restaurant's ambiance was lively yet comfortable, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. Overall, Kyoto Running Sushi exceeded my expectations. Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or simply looking for a unique dining experience in Regensburg, I highly recommend this restaurant. The combination of great food, friendly service, and excellent value makes it a standout choice for sushi lovers in the area.

decent all you can eat sushi for the price of 14€ - large selection of sushi and hot tempura plates but don't expect any fresh tuna or salmon - afterall Regensberg is many miles from the nearest sea. once in a while you will see a shrimp or fresh fish - mostly fried chicken or fried fish, tofu and vegetable. the Vietnamese spring rolls are good and refreshing. Curry vegetable and chicken is also good

They used to have shrimps, muscles and tuna..I mean real proper sushi menu BUT, now they only have Cucumber wrapped in rice, paprika wrapped in rice, fried chicken, fried noodles, fried rice, purple coloured sushi rice etc. If you want to eat those for 18€, you can come here. *sarcasm intended* Terrible!! This ain't real sushi!!
