Ich bin am 31.08.26 morgens um 6:30 Uhr zur Entfernung der Schilddrüse in der Klinik in Friedberg eingetroffen. Sowohl Anmeldung und Stationsaufnahme sehr entgegenkommend und professionell. Nach kurzem Umkleiden direkt weiter Richtung Narkose und Op Vorbereitung. Auch hier verdient Herr Prof. Dr. Goldmann und sein Team einfach nur meinen Dank für den herzlichen und professionellen Umgang mit mir als äußerst nervösen Patienten. Nach der Op im Aufwachraum hab ich mich auch wieder sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und kann dem Personal auch hier nur meinen Dank verbunden mit Bewunderung für das geleistete Aussprechen. Auch bis zur Entlassung am 2.09.26 habe ich mich auf meiner Station unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Team, dass den Job lebt und für jeden Patienten da ist. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass Dr.von Parpart nach der Op sofort meine Frau angerufen hat und sie sehr umfangreich informierte. Ich kann mich nur sehr herzlich bei jedem einzelnen Klinikmitarbeiter den ich kennenlernte durfte bedanken. Ich hab mit der Klinik Friedberg die richtige Wahl getroffen. Was ich in dem Krankenhaus Friedberg mittlerweile erlebt habe, ist nicht mehr in Worte zu fassen. Ich wurde im Januar 2025 schon einmal dort operiert (Hüfte rechts) und jetzt im Januar 2026 an der Hüfte links. Im Jahr 2025 bekam die Station 3.1 noch eine Schulnote 4-5, jetzt im Jahr 2026 ist es eine glatte Schulnote 6 geworden. Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel für dieses Krankenhaus. Ich beschränke mich in den Schilderungen nur auf die aktuellen Geschehnisse vom Januar 2026: - Gute 70% der Krankenschwestern und deren männliche Helfer sind allesamt sowas von unhöflich und unfreundlich man glaubt es kaum, kein Lächeln oder ein Hallo, wenn man ins Zimmer kommt, es kommt rein gar nix… Man zieht die ganze Woche ein Gesicht zum Davonlaufen hin, eine solche Unlust habe ich noch nicht erlebt in meinem Berufsleben. Hier ist es eine glatte Berufsverfehlung! - Ich bin 196 cm groß und das Bett wurde mir notdürftig verlängert, den Abstand zur Matratze wurde mit Lacken und Kissen aufgefüllt. Ein Graus, wenn dies der Standard sein sollt. Es gibt auch Betten für große Leute, man musste diese nur beschaffen. - Sauberkeit im Bad, war miserabel, einmal wurde sogar Putzwasser im Waschbecken ausgeleert
