They are great. I have purchased from them several times. The last time an item was missing. They responded quickly and shipped the missing items quickly.

One package of my order was damaged before arrival. Koro did nothing until I contacted them, then said they would reship but without parts of my order were now unavailable. No gift voucher/discount was given to make up for the mistake just a measly free shipping. Also, when I added two discount codes, they only processed the smaller discount without notifying me!

I bought organic Medjool dates here and they were good quality. But caution: the exporter, Hadiklaim, is documented as sourcing, packing, or processing some of its date fruit in Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank, especially in the Jordan Valley. My box came from a kibbutz inside Israel proper, but not all of their supply chain is settlement-free. Transparency on sourcing would be appreciated.

Koro is an outstanding webshop with quality products such as almond butter and macadamia nuts for a great price. And macadamia nuts are sometimes difficult to get your hands on without them. Koro has fast and easy delivery as well.
