Ich bin rundum begeistert vom Kontaktlinsenstudio! Es wird sich bei jedem Termin viel Zeit genommen, um die für mich passenden Kontaktlinsen zu finden, und ich hatte nie das Gefühl, unter Zeitdruck zu stehen. Die Beratung war / ist kompetent, ehrlich und sehr freundlich. Auch das Anpassen der Kontaktlinsen sowie die Tipps zur Pflege wurden verständlich erklärt, wie immer ! Ich fühle mich dort bestens aufgehoben und komme jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service – ich kann das Kontaktlinsenstudio uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Liebste Grüße

Ich habe dort vor einigen Jahren meine Kontaktlinsen anpassen lassen und war mit dem Service und der Freundlichkeit sehr zufrieden. Jetzt ist mir unterwegs eine Kontaktlinse kaputtgegangen und ich war ohne Ersatzlinse oder Brille aufgeschmissen. Kein Optiker in der Umgebung hatte diese vorrätig. Hier hatte man die auch nicht, aber eine fast gleiche durfte ich mir sogar kostenlos abholen. Das hat meinen Tag gerettet, vielen Dank.

Das ist sie, die tolle Mischung aus Kompetenz, super Service und total freundlichen und flexiblen Mitarbeitern. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und gut beraten gefühlt.

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Ich hab durch eine Empfehlung von dem Laden erfahren und innerhalb einer Woche einen Termin bekommen. Heute war ich da und kann nur bestätigen, was schon ein Großteil hier gesagt hat: das Ergebnis ist einfach sensationell und ich bin total im Glück. Ich brauchte eine Lösung und künftig keine zwei Brillen mehr zu tragen, nämlich zum weit und nachsehen. Und genau das ist dem Team dort geglückt bereits nach nicht mal 1 Stunde konnte ich glücklich mit den passenden Linsen zunächst mal für eine halbe Stunde den Laden verlassen. Anschließend hat er mir gezeigt, wie ich die Linsen rausnehmen und mich wirklich umfassend beraten, wie ich künftig mit den Linsen umzugehen habe. Es gibt in einer Woche einen weiteren Nachsorgetermin. auch das ist nicht selbstverständlich und wirkt auf mich äußerst professionell. Ich bin jedenfalls im Glück und freue mich darauf endlich wieder brillenlos zu sein. Danke an das gesamte Team vor allem aber an Frau Templin.
