Excellent taste, quality and service. It has been so long that I have not tried so delicious meat. Both outside and inside dining is possible. Especially for warmer days, I recommend outside dining under the birds chirping. The serving time was surprisingly short.

We visited this Restaurant on a national holiday and my experience may have been affected by the lack of staff because of it so it may be totally different any other time. We couldn't get someone to take our order for long while even though the place wasn't full plus we had made reservations. When we did get our food served some of us didn't get utensils and in the end one of us had use a tiny desert fork instead. There were no follow up checks on the table either and the service bell at the table probably wasn't working either. The food was decent though we were served the wrong side order. I believe the owner herself was waiting the tables and unfortunately there was a strong lack of proper customer service. Or it may just be the language and cultural barrier. A bit too expensive for what you get. I'm positive that improvement in those areas would make this a good place to experience Azerbaijan cuisine.

The food was really yummy and full of flavours. Only one thing that make us uncomfortable was a woman started yelling on some other customers when we reached there. It was our first time there so just got confused and not sure what was the issue in actual. So our some order came wrong but we didn’t ask them to change just because we do not want to create mess again. Kunafa was also super delicious.

The food was good, but the service completely ruined the experience. From the start, the woman who took our order was rude, unpleasant, and came across as angry, which made everyone at our table uncomfortable. That tone carried through the whole meal. While we were still there, they saw the review and came over to confront us about the one-star rating. When we were getting ready to leave, she did not want to give us boxes for the food and kept pushing for us to remove the review first. Later, when we went to pay, her husband also got involved and tried to negotiate the situation. He seemed to acknowledge that this is just her normal attitude, which made the whole thing even stranger. What stood out most was that there was no real apology and no sincere attempt to make things right, just pressure, defensiveness, and blame. We later noticed other reviews mentioning the same issue, so this does not seem like a one-time thing. You might have a good time here, but if you expect professional, respectful treatment, this is not that kind of place. Good food is not enough to make up for an experience like this.

The food didn’t taste bad, but the portion size was very small, so we had to order several times. The first time, the food was almost cold, but their behavior was very friendly and nice.
