München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Decent selection of products but the sales personnel were unhelpful and most importantly, not knowledgeable at all. We were looking for starter supplies with our new puppy. We approached a sales person for help and she started playing with the dog, then continued on to chatting with a couple who was also playing with the dog. The chat, which was not sales related, went on, and after waiting for over 5 mins to ask my questions, we gave up and tried to find another sales person. There were only 2 couples in the store at the moment, and from what we could see, 4 staff members. We found 2 employees chatting with each other in the back, with no intention to engage the customers. But since we needed help, we interrupted them and asked if someone could help us with selecting collar/harness and a leash. The staff who responded to us went on to saying that all harnesses regardless of brand and shape are all the same, it's simply a matter of what color and look we want. This is simply not true as different harness designs provide different comfort level and functional needs. He could not even suggest which may potentially be better for a young and fast growing puppy. Though he offered to

I went to this store today to buy a hamster. I’ve owned hamsters my whole life, so I know the basics. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. First, we had to wait for the employee to finish her 15minute break. After that, we were told to wait at a “meeting spot" but then she claimed we weren’t there and couldn’t find us. This back and forth alone took more than 30 minutes. I already have two hamster cages at home. The employee told me one was too small and the other was “a little too big"and insisted I had to buy a cage from their store. That might be understandable if it were store policy, but there was nothing stated on the website or anywhere in the store about this. In total, the visit took over an hour, and I left without a hamster. Poor communication, unnecessary delays and pressure to buy extra products ruined the experience.

I would like to thank Marc who not only spoke amazing english but was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. He took the time to make sure that we got all the information we need for our upcoming aquarium. We look forward to coming to this store more often. Amazing service and just a beautiful store.

Beautiful animal store, I focussed o the fish and aqua scaping part, I come from Italy and Germans are far superior in this field, pristine water quality, crazy variety of fishes and so healthy too, never seen betas kept in such good conditions. The prices of their fishes are quite high thought, but I can see the reason! A pleasure to see animals so we'll kept.
