Service businesses like this one usually respond fastest by phone or e-mail, and good tradespeople are booked out weeks ahead, so plan early. Be specific about the location, the scope of work and any deadline, and keep a record of what was agreed. Taking three quotes before you decide is normal. Professional firms such as lawyers, notaries and tax advisors (Steuerberater) work from statutory fee schedules, so ask for an estimate of the total up front.

Opening hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Ingolstadt keep standard hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on the weekly Ruhetag, on Sundays and over the Christmas and Easter holidays. The listed phone number is 08450 9297660. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, kmh.de.

On Google it holds a rating of 5.0 out of 5 from 9 reviews, which is a strong result for a bauunternehmen in Ingolstadt and suggests consistent service.

Ingolstadt is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.
