I was here twice. Two years ago and two weeks ago. Both times I was treated well, but I have to say that they have really gotten better. This time I had very kind and patient nurses, midwives and doctors. They took care of me and my children really well. Both of my births were not easy, but this time, I felt really supported by the team. Every shift had a kind and understanding team. I felt respected and honestly, if there's anything Iike I dignified birth, I got to experience it here. I can recommend this hospital to foreigners too. I didnt retain the names of all the staff in the Kreissaal and postnatal team but THANK YOU! May God never forget your kindness and patience to us. Question: Is there something in your water currently because my second baby is very clingy? Is there a return or exchange policy because I would like a baby like my first born.

I was not allowed to get coffee by a doctor two days after my delivery. I was induced from Sunday to Wednesday evening and did not sleep, and was still expected to take care of my newborn after six straight nights of not sleeping at all. Torture. I also had bacteria (Klebsiella and Escherichia colli) in bloodstream two weeks after my delivery and temperature od 40 degrees. Got infected at the hospital. They are trying to delete my review on Google because I am claiming I was treated unethically and with disdain. I will never have a child again and let alone at Hallerwiese. The internist floor was great though and they patched me up and saved my life in July. Kreißsaal is, in my opinion, a disaster and I know other healthcare workers who agree with me.

We had a good experience having our kid there, staff, nurses, midwives everyone were patient and nice. Our dwlivery took 2 days and because of some difficulty, our kid had to be in incubator or ccu for newborn, whatever its name is. If you are reading this, man! We witnessed a mom giving milk to her baby from a bottle and taking care of her baby so well and we were full of love witnessing it, just to see her standing up, putting that kid on the machine and getting the next kid! Then we found out that she was a nurse and not a mom. What a lovely behavior and treatment with kids. We slept the night so well, knowing people taking care of our baby would treat him, as if we were professional baby care givers taking care of our own baby. So good. Also people spoke English to us and if they didn't know English, they spoke to us in a so easy to understand german, that we had no issues understanding them. but honestly the baby cries a lot and runs around, doesnt speak any german out of the box and specially cries in the night. Not eating meat only avocado and also doesnt have full set of teeth. No tax deduction, very costly and did I say loud and cries a lot?should have given 1 stars. Or

I delivered my baby here by C-section and everything went perfectly. The doctors and nurses were very professional and caring, always checking on me and my baby. I speak English, and I was so happy that everyone there spoke English too, so I never had any problem with communication. I felt safe and supported the whole time. Thank you to the whole team for such amazing care!

We had a wonderful experience delivering our baby at Klinikum Hallerwiese Nürnberg. From the very beginning, the entire team – midwives, doctors, and staff – were incredibly supportive and caring. We requested a family room, and we were fortunate to get one, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were always kind, patient, and attentive, handling every situation with great care and efficiency. The anaesthesia department also did an excellent job, ensuring everything went smoothly. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone expecting a baby.
