Leider kann ich dieses Geschäft nicht empfehlen. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach für einen Second-Hand-Laden deutlich zu hoch. Viele Artikel stammen von gewöhnlichen Marken und kosten teilweise fast so viel wie neue Kleidung im Outlet oder bei Online-Angeboten. Außerdem habe ich die Inhaberin als wenig freundlich und wenig kundenorientiert erlebt. Gerade bei Kleidung ist es normal, dass man verschiedene Stücke anprobiert und vergleichen möchte, bevor man sich entscheidet. Dabei habe ich mich nicht besonders willkommen gefühlt. Natürlich findet man hier einige Markenartikel, aber für die aufgerufenen Preise sehe ich persönlich keinen ausreichenden Vorteil gegenüber Neuware. Daher werde ich künftig eher andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nutzen.

Leider wird sich nicht an Reservierungen gehalten. Ich habe einen Pullover über Instagram „gekauft“ es wurde mir zugesagt, dass ich ihn am Montag abholen kann. Die Verkäuferin wusste leider nichts davon und hat dann am Telefon von der Chefin erfahren, dass dieser Pullover bereits an Sandra verkauft wurde (mit ziemlicher Sicherheit eine Dame die dort ebenfalls arbeitet) Mir wurde dann irgendwas von „die Verkäuferin hat den Pullover heute früh wieder abgeholt und an ihre Freundin gegeben“ erzählt Schade, dann kann man sich das System mit dem Posten über Instagram sparen… wenn die Ware verkauft oder intern weiter geben wird. Doppelt ärgerlich nachdem ich etwas außerhalb wohne.

Beste Boutique in ganz Augsburg. Hochwertige Kleidung zu guten Preisen. Ich kaufe nur noch dort ein und bin mit der freundlichen Beratung immer sehr zufrieden. Die Inhaberin schwatzt einem nichts auf, sondern berät objektiv und typ-entsprechend. Mein Lieblingsladen!!
