Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt im Geschäft. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Ich habe mich gut beraten gefühlt und bin mit dem Einkauf sehr zufrieden. Ich kann dieses Geschäft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal. Hatte eine Reklamation, die Ware hatte ein Loch das beim Kauf über sehen wurde. Das Personal hat mich mit lauter Stimme beschimpft weil ich keine Gutschrift haben wollte und Sie diese aber schon ausgestellt hatte. Habe dort schon für sehr viel Geld eingekauft aber nun war dies mein letzter Einkauf.

Leider sehr unseriös - ich habe dort ein Kleid gekauft, dass bereits nach einem halben Tag anfing zu fuseln - es bestand aus Viskose und Polyamid - eigentlich kein Material, dass fuseln dürfte - als ich es zurück brachte, wurde mir erklärt - ich könne nur eine Gutschrift erhalten. Damit war ich nicht zufrieden - bin später mit einer Bekannten, die in der Modebranche tätig ist, nochmal in das Geschäft und bat um Erstattung des Geldes. Doch die Dame blieb dabei, die Chefin sei erst nächste Woche zurück und sie hätte keine Lust sie anzurufen. Meine Bekannte wollte das Kleid sehen - derweil haben sie das Kleid wieder in den Verkauf gehängt obwohl ich es schon getragen habe - wirklich unfassbar! Heute hat eine Kundin von mir versucht den Gutschein einzulösen – den ich Ihr gegeben habe - Der Gutschein wurde ihr abgenommen! Das ist sogar Diebstahl
