⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir können das Kinderkrankenhaus bzw. die kindernotpraxis in der kinderrettungsstelle Vivantes und insbesondere Dr. Schröder von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Dr. Schröder hat sich unglaublich viel Zeit genommen, aufmerksam zugehört, alles gründlich untersucht und uns kompetent beraten. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass ihm das Wohl der Kinder wirklich am Herzen liegt. Trotz der Situation hat er mit seiner lockeren Art auch immer wieder kleine Späße gemacht, was die Stimmung deutlich entspannter gemacht hat. Ein riesiges Dankeschön auch an Frau Barnick, die uns empfangen hat. So eine freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin erlebt man wirklich selten. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team – genau so wünscht man sich einen Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus. Vielen Dank für die hervorragende Betreuung!

Totally terrible. We arrived shortly before 12pm and only 4 kids were waiting at the waiting room. After 2 hours 9 kids in totally in the waiting room, only 1 was being called to examine. Another hour was passed, 2 parents gave up the long waiting time and left with their sick kids. Some kids came later than us but already called for examination. Ny kid was sick for 2 weeks. I had gave her common medicines but did not improve her symptoms. We were here because our Kinderarzt has no free appointments for us in the coming days. I know we were not an urgent case, just fever with in ear pain, running nose, coughing and vomit, nothing serious in life danger but we just want to get the recipe so I can get the right medicines and go home let my kid sleep at home. After over 4 hours waiting time. We also gave up and go home. One more point was the nurses were really pissed when parents were asking about the waiting time. What kind of "Dataschutz" against we stand in the corridor?!

Currently at this hospital. I find I am not taken seriously and there is the approach to let the kids over stress or having really high fever and suffering for what exactly

I have lived around the world but have not seen such an embarrassing child emergency ward. People wait up to 5 hours to just see a doctor. They basically don’t care even when your child is in critical condition. Maybe calling an ambulance from within the hospital would be a better option.
