I do not recommend this practice. First, they offer a €20 DM voucher in exchange for a positive review, which I find inappropriate. Communication was a major issue. I do not speak German, and while one receptionist initially spoke English, at my next visit the receptionist did not speak English and was unhelpful and rude. All paperwork and communication go through the reception, so this made everything very difficult. Phone communication was not possible, and emails were not always answered. My 3-year-old daughter required dental treatment under anaesthesia. We were told that anaesthesia was necessary due to her age and condition. After the procedure, we paid €190 for it. However, when our additional insurance requested documents for reimbursement, the clinic stated that the anaesthesia had only been a “suggestion.” This was very confusing and concerning, as it was presented to us as the only option. Another serious issue was the placement of silver crowns on my daughter’s teeth. Although this may have been mentioned in the paperwork, no one clearly explained it to me or discussed how they would look. I was shocked when I saw them. highly recommend this clinic! The care for my child was warm, loving, and professional. You immediately feel that your child is in safe hands. Special thanks to the anesthesiologist, Ms. Sauer Bianka, and also to the surgeon – your care and professionalism are truly remarkable. The entire team was amazing, and thank you for minimizing the fears and worries! 🙏🏻❤️

We were very stressed because our son had to undergo an anesthesia procedure, but the people there took very good care of him and of us. A child friendly place and fun in design so kids are bit distracted and not very afraid of the dentist 🦷 thank you so so much!!!!!♥️♥️♥️

We had a great experience at Kinder+Zahnarzt Kinderzahnarzt Berlin. The whole team is professional, friendly, and very accommodating. They were incredibly helpful in finding us appointments on short notice, which we really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and our child felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process — no stress, no fear. The clinic is welcoming, child-friendly, and clearly focused on making young patients feel safe. Another big plus: everyone speaks English very well, which made communication easy and stress-free for us. Highly recommended.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the care my daughter has received at this practice. She had to have several teeth worked on under general anesthesia. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no complications. The anesthesiologists were also great. The doctors have always made her feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and the facility is welcoming. I can highly recommend this practice. Thank you.
