Kieser Training München-Haidhausen is a gesundheitsberater in München, Bayern. It is listed at Einsteinstraße 104, 81675 München, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Google also lists it under fitnessstudio, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

This listing does not fit neatly into one of our main categories, which is common for businesses that combine several activities under one roof. The details below come from the public listing and from what the business has published about itself; contact it directly to confirm exactly what it offers today, what it charges and whether anything has changed since the listing was last updated.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 7:30 am–9:30 pm. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 089 95085910. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, kieser-training.de.

Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 88 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.
