Nettes Team, gute Atmosphäre und nicht zuletzt (mein ausschlaggebender Grund, dort zu trainieren) wird dort geschaut, was man braucht/welche Vorgeschichte man hat. Aber: ich wünschte mir etwas mehr Digitalisierung bei den Terminen. Für längere Termine bekommt man eine Erinnerungs-SMS. Das ist super - jedoch steht dort nicht drin, für was der Termin ist. Ich habe nun mein 20. Training „verschwitzt“ (was mir auch fürs Team leidtut), bloß, weil ich mir angeblich den Termin falsch eingetragen habe. Ich hatte das so sonst noch mit niemandem. Schwierig und für mich selbst auch unangenehm, da man sich ja auch selbst etwas bescheuert vorkommt. Das gleiche Problem hatte ich einmal mit einem Termin für einen LE-Termin, den ich mir definitiv anders eingetragen hatte. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn über ein digitales Buchungs-/Erinnerungssystem/Übersicht (für alle Termine) nachgedacht werden würde. Ansonsten macht das Training viel Spaß!

Vorab: Die Probleme fingen erst an, als wir umgezogen sind. Davor war alles super, nette Trainer:innen, gute Betreuung & sauberes Studio. Beim Vertragsabschluss wurde immer wieder betont, bei Kieser finde man immer eine Lösung und Kieser sei eben kein normales Fitnessstudio mit Knebelvertrag. Nur deshalb haben wir unterschrieben, obwohl wir wussten, dass wir zeitnah umziehen würden. Heute ist davon nichts mehr übrig. Inzwischen wohnen wir leider 45 Minuten vom nächsten Studio entfernt. Eine außerordentliche Kündigung wurde ohne erkennbare Kulanz sofort abgelehnt. Ein Wechsel zum wenigstens nächstgelegenen Studio scheitert daran, dass das zusätzlich bezahlte Rückentraining angeblich nicht übertragbar ist, ein entscheidender Punkt, der beim Vertragsabschluss nicht erwähnt wurde. Seit Monaten werden wir zwischen zwei Standorten hin und her verwiesen, ohne verbindliche Lösung. Als „Option“ bleibt, noch 1,5 Jahre weiterzuzahlen und anschließend einen neuen Vertrag am neuen Standort abzuschließen oder selbst jemanden zu finden, der unsere Verträge übernimmt. Auf unsere letzten E-Mails wird seit zwei Wochen nicht reagiert. Bei einem gemeinsamen Monatsbeitrag von 180 € erwarten wir Ver
