About KB Immobilien

Kirsten Biefang Ihre Maklerin in München.

KB Immobilien is an immobilienmakler in München, Bayern. It is listed at Isabellastraße 33, 80796 München-Schwabing-West, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Real estate services in Bayern range from small neighbourhood agencies to national chains and property managers (Hausverwaltungen). For purchases the agent fee is typically split between buyer and seller and comes on top of the land transfer tax and notary costs, so ask for all fees in writing. Apartment buyers should read the recent owners' meeting minutes and check the reserve fund. For industrial and commercial premises, check zoning, utilities and access before signing anything.

No opening hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times, and remember that most shops in Germany close on Sundays and public holidays. The listed phone number is 089 99014990. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is kb-immobilien.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 5.0 out of 5 on Google across 42 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded immobilienmakler & hausverwaltungen in München.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.
