Very rude staff I‘ve ever met there. I bought groceries today (13.06.26) and waiting in a line to pay, then I realized that I bought cheese that’s not vegan(I‘m vegan), so before the staff start to scan my groceries I asked her, if i can give it back to her at the counter or should I put it back my self at the shelve where I get it. She said „ I can’t give it back „ because I already take the cheese out of the shelves (I‘m not even pay yet and I don’t get it why I can’t). So I asked if I can talk to manager but she just ignored me, luckily the other staff around there hear our conversation and come to take the cheese back from me (I‘m very thankful for that). But that means girl don’t let me in peace, she kept telling that’s it my problem not her, and I better to be careful next time. And what even makes me mad is that at home I realized that she over charge me for the box I bought (I bought 1 box but she scanned 2). I wish if managers see this post, they will train their staff to be nicer than this.

First time experience is a Kaufland and what an experience. This was downtown at the mall. We found parking on the forth level of the parking garage, and we in and out of Kaufman's within the hour and did not have to pay for parking. The store had everything we needed and would find in a grocery store. The prices were reasonable and the staff professional and courteous. I hope your experience is as good as mine. This is one of the best supermarket I have visited considering the quality and variety of items they keep. It’s very affordable place for grocery and household items shopping in Regensburg. It is very well organised and pretty easy to navigate through the aisles. The store has in-house fresh bakery products. They have numerous discounts and offers going on and so its crowded too. Overall very good.
