Schöne Kirche, man den Pfarrer jedoch nur schwer verstehen.

Eine besondere Kirche, eigenwillig gelegen zwischen Spree und Rathaus Charlottenburg, sehr nette und gute Priester und ein reges Gemeindeleben. Das Patronatsfest wird am jeweiligen Sonntag großzügig im Spätfrühling mit Faßbier und Grill im Garten nach der Festmesse gefeiert. Manchmal braucht die Seele Nahrung. Ich gehöre keiner Konfession an und dennoch habe ich meinen Glauben. Manchmal gehe ich in die Kirche um DANKE zu sagen und denen zu gedenken, die bereits gegangen sind.

Nicht feierlich. Grauhaarige, alte Ministrantenfrauen, eine Orgel die zu hoch und zu laut spielte und ein Geistlicher der nicht zu verstehen war. Lektoren schwer zu verstehen und eine Frau, die die Komunion mit einer Handtasche um den Arm austeilte. Ich habe in den 50ger und 60ger Jahre ministriert. Wir waren 16-18 Ministranten und 3-4 Priester am Altar. Traurig, aber den Personalmangel hat sich die katholische Kirche selbst zuzuschreiben. Auch ich gebe dieser Kirche ungern meine Kirchensteuer.

Ich bin zwar evangelischer Christ, dennoch habe ich mir fest vorgenommen weiterhin katholische Kirchen zu besuchen und auch mit der Gemeinschaft derer in Kontakt zu treten. Nicht umsonst ist eine sehr gute Freundin von mir Nonne. Die hiesige Kirche werde ich im neuen Jahr besuchen. Ich finde es zauberhaft das ein Herrenhuter Stern am Eingang hell leuchtet und die Menschen einlädt zu sehen und kommen. Gerade in der Adventszeit ein sehr schönes Zeichen.

Gute Atmosphäre in der Gemeinde-man lernt dort nette Kirchenmitglieder kennen. Zentral gelegen in der Nähe einer U-Bahnhof-Station: Richard-Wagner-Platz. Die Kirche befindet sich rückwärts vom Rathaus Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf.
