Unfortunately they couldn't handle a case as simple as getting the deposit (Kaution) back from the landlady about a year after end of the rental contract. They probably could, but they didn't even begin! Instead they simply refused to return my emails, phone calls and mails. Of course they have fully charged me for this, and never even returned the fee they'd received. Name this behavior as you wish! On an older issue of trespassing (the same landlady had entered the flat without my permission) I had to go to the police, file a report and everything myself (had full evidence and witnesses). The lawyer at this firm did absolutely nothing about it upon my request. He replied "what do you expect me to do?". I'm just wondering if they would do the same had someone broken into their own house. I certainty suggest you try other firms where they don't get your money and stop answering your calls and emails. Or, equivalently, when someone has entered your home without permission, have an idea how to proceed, instead of throwing the ball into the victim's court. ---------- Note: whenever he was too busy and felt he shouldn't have answered my call, he switched to German, while he knew from t
