Very cool restaurant. The waiters were kind, maintained communication and atmosphere. The dishes are very tasty and the portions are large. The price is worth trying these dishes. Beautiful view from the terrace. I think the previous comment is unfair, because the lady was in the restaurant at the same time as us and she also behaved rudely towards the staff, did not understand that the table she wanted was reserved. As a gift from the establishment we received a drink and sweets. Very pleased with our stay here.

If you want one of the best views in Koln, with great food, drink & service then come to Kaiser Konstantin! Dimitri & the rest of the staff were so helpful & lovely! The food was delicious & the view was outstanding! Will definitely be back!

Located overlooking the River Rhine overlooking the cathedral. Watch as the landmarks light up transitioning into the night. An evening stroll across the bridge and back to the hotel. The amazing views and atmosphere together with the cold beers and tasty food. The food were full of flavour too. It was a memorable day out. A very inviting and relaxing place to just enjoy the day out!

Salad is SOOOO fresh!! Calamari seafood salad is fantastic. Fresh pasta with veal filling with cheese is so tasty. The bread is very good too. Lemonade, beers are wonderful too. The waiter who is from Greece is very friendly and kind. Recommend
