Leider kann ich dieses Geschäft nicht empfehlen. Ich habe meine Vintage-Uhr lediglich wegen eines abgefallenen Sekundenzeigers abgegeben. Ob der spätere Defekt bereits vorher bestand oder nicht, kann ich heute nicht mit Sicherheit beurteilen. Was mich jedoch wirklich enttäuscht hat, war die mangelnde Transparenz während des gesamten Ablaufs. Zunächst wurde mir lediglich mitgeteilt, dass die Uhr etwas nachgeht und noch einige Tage zur Feinregulierung beobachtet werden sollte. Von einer notwendigen Revision oder den später genannten Kosten war in meinem Gespräch keine Rede. Besonders enttäuschend war für mich der Umgang mit meiner Nachfrage vor Ort. Als ich den Uhrmacher um eine Erklärung bitten wollte, wurde mir sinngemäß gesagt, “ich kann doch nicht eine Stunde lang ein Referat halten.“, die Uhr brauche eben eine Revision. Auf meine konkreten Fragen wurde dabei nicht eingegangen. Ich hätte mir eine offene, transparente und respektvolle Kommunikation gewünscht. Gerade bei einer wertvollen Vintage-Uhr erwarte ich, dass ein Kunde ernst genommen wird und nachvollziehbare Erklärungen erhält. Mein größter Kritikpunkt ist daher nicht der technische Defekt selbst, sondern die fehlende

Hatte bei Hoffmann vorbeigesehen da eine Kette zerrissen war. Personal sehr höflich und professionell. Hatte meine Kette schon nach drei Tagen wieder bekommen und sie sah so aus wie sie mir damals geschenkt wurde. Ich kann diesen Juwelier sehr empfehlen!

Herr Hoffmann und das Team sind super nett und fachlich sehr kompetent. Sämtliche Reparaturen von unseren Uhren sowie eine Revision meiner Uhr waren stets tadellos. Ich kann deshalb Juwelier Hoffmann mit bester Empfehlung nur weiter empfehlen.
