I have never had dealings with such unkind person. I have called and talked to nice lady at first in English and I asked her is English ok and she said it is perfectly fine. After I told her what I am calling for she connected me with her colleague that should give me required information. When I started talking in English with her colleague he just said I don't understand you and hang up the phone in middle of my sentence. Update: I have received a call from the company owner (Saying that they have my number in logs since I left a review on a day that I contacted them) he has asked about reasons for my review and after my explanation he called back and informed me that he discussed this with person that hang up the phone and explanation I got was that actually language was not the problem but the connection was bad and the person could not understand me so they hang up the phone. The owner of the company has actually informed me that he will have discussion with employees how to communicate with English speaking individuals. Given all this I must say I really appreciate owners engagement and provided explanation. And I am changing my review from one star to three. I think this
