Schlechtester Service und noch schlechterer Umgang mit Kunden! Teil bestellt mit Expresslieferung angeblich innerhalb von 2-3 Werktagen, Lieferung kam erst nach Zweieinhalb Wochen an und der Kollege im Büro von der Bestellannahme hat wahrscheinlich keine Ahnung, was er da macht. Er hat nämlich das falsche Teil bestellt wollte es nicht zugeben und auch keine Rücknahme akzeptieren beziehungsweise Umtausch! Gebe es jetzt meinem Anwalt, weil sowas unterirdisches gegenüber Kunden habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nie wieder schlecht, unmotiviert und arrogant!

Phantastisches GasWasserInstallationsGeschäft mit Jahrzehnte langem knowhow. Stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wenn da Pössl nimmer weiter weiß, weiß niemand mehr weiter. Auch Super frdl. Berater im Ladengeschäft und im Hof Rückgebäude. Man freut sich, wenn man zum Pössl muss. Mei, dass es in der heutigen Zeit noch sowas gibt(!) absolut verdiente 5*****

toller Laden, mit Beratern und keinen Wegweisern. Verkauft nur hochwertige Ware zu entsprechenden Preisen. Ist also keine Konkurrenz zum Baumarkt. Gut so. Das heißt aber auch, wer ein billiges Baumarktersatzteil sucht, wird nicht fündig. Fragen kostet aber nix.

Super kompetentes Team, schnelle Erreichbarkeit (telefonisch). Vor Ort absolut kompetentes Fachpersonal, Herr Sperker war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, damit wir mit unserer defekten Mischbatterie kurz vor Ladenschluss, genau das richtige Produkt mit nachhause nehmen.
